Every recap shows the same five things

Pure publishes a recap on the blog every month or quarter. Each one follows the same structure, so figures can be compared from one period to the next. All amounts come from the single bank account opened only for this project.

1. Total revenue from product sales in the period.
2. Operating costs, such as materials, artisan payments, shipping and running the site.
3. Net profit, the amount left after operating costs.
4. The 50/50 split between community support and product development.
5. Where the community share went, by program and general support.
